When it comes to financial planning, I’ve learned that money is not the end in and of itself. Rather, it’s the means to the end that you are striving for; namely, “Life More Valuable”. My desire as a planner is to help gain clarity into what that means for you and to coordinate an organized, comprehensive financial plan that aims at this end.
I joined the Kapteyn Wealth Partners team in 2016. I became a licensed advisor in 2018 after graduating from Calvin College in 2017 with a B.A. in Business (finance concentration, minor in economics). Shortly after completing my securities licensing I completed Raymond James’ Advisor Mastery Program and attained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning.
I’m an avid reader (of history and theology, specifically), golfer (though my game doesn’t reflect it), and traveler. I live in Hudsonville with my wife, Alison, and my son, Teddy.
