About Jason
Jason Wagenmaker
Born and raised in West Michigan, I have always called the lakeshore home. In 2005, I graduated from Hope College with my BA in Business and immediately began my career in financial services. While the time I’ve spent at different firms taught me valuable lessons and expanded my perspective, I’m proud to be a part of Raymond James and Kapteyn Wealth Partners.
I find my role as a Financial Planner parallels my love of coaching. Seeing both players and clients learn, improve, and accomplish goals both large and small motivates me and brings me joy. The highlights of my career are moments of celebration with clients as they realize the results of careful planning. Often times, goals are years in the making and are about so much more than money. These long-term client partnerships are what I look for and are a great fit for our office.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy a variety of sports and outdoor activities. You’ll most often find me spending time with the three most important people in my life; my wife of over 16 years and my two beautiful daughters.
